Requirements

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Clinical Operations will provide leadership to the Clinical Operations Team and oversee both strategic and day-to-day activities, including coaching team members to achieve departmental goals. They will manage and scale clinical support operations, serve as the point of contact for clients, and ensure timely and accurate management of client launches. Additionally, the VP will lead the development and execution of the Quality Assurance Program, maintain regulatory compliance, create scalable processes for clinical excellence, and manage clinical quality and compliance protocols.
