Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning and development strategy that aligns with BlackRock's business goals and objectives and represents an evolution in how we think about digital learning
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure the effective implementation of learning initiatives
  • Create Academies governance, inclusive of senior leader sponsorship
  • Partner with HR Technology Platform team to drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and improve outcomes
  • Establish metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve their impact
