Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in learning and development
  • Learning design and project management
  • Familiarity with learning content authoring tools and LMS/LXP and digital content landscape
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to drive innovation and implement new learning technologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions
  • Superior skills in Microsoft suite including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Desire to leverage AI in day-to-day practice
  • Relevant certifications in learning and development, such as CPLP, PMP, or similar, are welcome

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning and development strategy that aligns with BlackRock's business goals and objectives and represents an evolution in how we think about digital learning
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure the effective implementation of learning initiatives
  • Create Academies governance, inclusive of senior leader sponsorship
  • Partner with HR Technology Platform team to drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and improve outcomes
  • Establish metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve their impact
