Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred
At least 7 years of experience in learning and development
Learning design and project management
Familiarity with learning content authoring tools and LMS/LXP and digital content landscape
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to drive innovation and implement new learning technologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions
Superior skills in Microsoft suite including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Desire to leverage AI in day-to-day practice
Relevant certifications in learning and development, such as CPLP, PMP, or similar, are welcome
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning and development strategy that aligns with BlackRock's business goals and objectives and represents an evolution in how we think about digital learning
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure the effective implementation of learning initiatives
Create Academies governance, inclusive of senior leader sponsorship
Partner with HR Technology Platform team to drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and improve outcomes
Establish metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve their impact
