Requirements

  • Full-time employment
  • Ability to continuously stand for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)

Responsibilities

  • Arrange human resources in the VAS team to ensure daily tasks are completed
  • Supervise operations and manage the VAS team to perform tasks according to standard procedures
  • Train VAS staff on new procedures (if any)
  • Supervise the actual operations of the VAS team to achieve quality objectives
  • Be responsible for VAS input data and daily reporting
  • Report and compare the number of labeled products with monthly Accounting data
  • Notify QA when receiving labels for inspection
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Trade Marketing department to receive and store labels and packaging
  • Plan daily and weekly VAS activities to ensure goods are ready for sale within 12 days
  • Be responsible for repairing, guiding on label descriptions, executing work orders, and labeling
  • Check and compare the quantity of labels and POSM with daily data
  • Count labels when issuing to VAS teams according to work order quantities
  • Check the quantity of goods received from the sending team, then distribute to VAS teams for labeling and packaging
  • Prepare reports on dented goods, damaged goods, and defective goods daily and send to the store quarantine keeper
  • Sign off on VAS staff leave and overtime
  • Collaborate with QA to provide corrective actions for non-conforming products or operations (if any)
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues
