The User Operations Generalist will work directly with customers to solve complex problems and provide education on OpenAI platforms. They will act as experts on OpenAI products and collaborate with engineering and customer teams to resolve issues. The role involves taking learnings from customer interactions to inform scalable solutions and fostering a supportive work culture within the team. Additionally, the Generalist will provide on-call support coverage as needed.
