Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 12 years of experience in user experience or related fields, demonstrating excellence in user experience design, and exhibiting strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. They should have experience working with enterprise or data-intensive applications in complex domains, and a proven ability to deliver high-impact design strategies, as well as experience clarifying complex concepts through frameworks, diagrams, or related methods.

Responsibilities

The UX Architect will define strategies that unify business priorities, customer needs, and technical capabilities, drive the creation of vision stories, contribute to thematic roadmap planning, lead and facilitate working sessions, define and clarify concepts underlying platform experiences, identify opportunities to align platform experience patterns, help shape the UX Architecture role at AuditBoard, and champion systems approaches across product teams, while also mentoring other designers on systems approaches.
