Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods. A strong understanding of user goals and motivations, proficiency in Figma, and experience with enterprise SaaS products are essential. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, along with an online portfolio, are also required. Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and experience with design systems are considered bonus points.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include understanding project goals to create high-quality design specifications, partnering with product management and engineering to execute projects, and scoping project work while considering tradeoffs. The designer will also research user goals, facilitate stakeholder alignment, create user flows, specs, and prototypes, provide input through work reviews, and develop a comprehensive understanding of CrowdStrike features and services to ensure consistency.
