Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition in application or gaming companies
  • Successful track record with ROAS strategies on mobile games and/or apps
  • Intimate familiarity with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
  • Experience with influencer marketing and ASO
  • Hacker mindset: experience with innovative organic/viral tactics
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple games and/or apps
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify relevant signals, and increase ROAS of games and apps
  • Work closely with Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback
  • Use internal growth tools and interface with Tech team to continuously improve them
  • Deepen UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to stay at the forefront of growth innovation
  • Lead transversal projects and coach junior team members
