Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in game analytics with a track record of presenting to non-analysts
  • Comfortable across UA, creatives, MMPs, monetization/live-ops, and payments conversion
  • Solid SQL and BI literacy
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
  • Ability to work at a high level in SQL, Python, or R
  • Genre benchmarks to contextualize results
  • Market data to benchmark and validate findings
  • Language coverage for key markets (Russian, Chinese, Korean) - Nice to have
  • Worked on titles in multiple genres and platforms

Responsibilities

  • Use multiple data sets to create testable hypothesis for Xsolla’s customers
  • Craft simple, exec-ready narratives
  • Recommend and help launch high-leverage A/B tests
  • Partner with Game Data Analysts and Data/ETL engineers to keep data clean, secure, and well-defined
  • Connect specialists on both sides to remove bottlenecks
