Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and scale – manage and mentor a large, high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and executional excellence
  • Set vision & direction – establish a clear strategic roadmap for product marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Drive GTM strategy & execution – develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns that drive product adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Champion product growth – partner with Product Management to identify, prioritize, and advocate for new and enhanced product opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and performance data
  • Ensure commercial success – define and implement monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and value positioning, to maximize revenue and market share
  • Craft compelling solution-based narratives – work cross-functionally with Product, Enterprise & Emerging Marketing, and Creative teams to develop messaging and assets that resonate with customers
  • Enable sales & customer success – deliver best-in-class enablement materials, including product guides, competitive insights, case studies, and training resources to support adoption and engagement
  • Optimize with data – leverage automation and analytics to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Measure & optimize performance – define success metrics and assess the impact of product marketing initiatives, aligning efforts with business goals
