Responsibilities

The Digital Coach will recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. They will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs. This includes building accountability, measuring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities. The coach will hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and recognize associates, fostering a sense of belonging. They will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, uphold company mission and values, and guide associates in executing business processes and practices. Additionally, the coach will work collaboratively, build trusting relationships, communicate with impact, attract and retain talent, empower associates, and recognize their accomplishments. Maintaining high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, acting with humility and transparency, and making decisions based on data and insights are also responsibilities. The coach will strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, demonstrating resilience, and encouraging learning from mistakes, while also driving continuous improvement and supporting associates through change.
