Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in partner management, with a strong preference for experience within the healthcare technology or SaaS industries. They should exhibit a proven ability to identify, analyze, and close material partnerships, along with a demonstrated understanding of business development and strategic initiatives. Experience working with multiple partners and an entrepreneurial mindset are also desired.
The Sr. Partner Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing software and technology vendor partnerships integrated into the PointClickCare platform, supporting Senior Leaders in driving partnership opportunities from initial concept through deal closure. This includes conducting investigations, developing business proposals, negotiating terms, and serving as the subject matter expert for new business lines, collaborating closely with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to support product launches and growth. The role will also involve providing internal consulting on the product side and proactively seeking opportunities to expand the PointClickCare platform through strategic partnerships.

Its main product, Harmony, is an integrated care coordination platform that helps manage patient transitions from hospitals to post-acute care facilities. Unlike many competitors, PointClickCare's platform integrates with other healthcare systems, enhancing data exchange and interoperability.
