Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent organization and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other PM tools, and outstanding attention to detail. The ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously, along with strong oral and written communication skills including presentation abilities, is essential. Previous experience with resource management, particularly in professional services, and familiarity with Salesforce and Kantata are preferred. RMCP or PMP/CAPM certifications are considered assets.

The role involves conducting regular strategic meetings to review work prioritization and distribution, aligning resource planning with business development, and effectively managing resourcing conflicts with strong problem-solving skills.
