Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools, and customer education best practices is also required.
The Partner Manager will identify, recruit, onboard, and manage training delivery partners and contractors, serving as the primary point of contact for all partner communications, performance, and escalations. They will define and enforce training delivery standards, monitor partner performance through feedback and metrics, and implement continuous improvement plans. Responsibilities also include coordinating scheduling and logistics for partner-led training, ensuring partners are equipped with necessary resources and up-to-date information, and managing partner budgets, invoices, and payments. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development of scalable partner delivery models, contributing to training strategy evolution, and aligning partner programs with organizational goals.
