B2B Marketing Manager

Position Overview

PointClickCare is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing SaaS healthcare technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns to drive product demand across various channels including paid ads, publications, web, email, social, and onsite channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Managers, Marketers, Content Strategists, and Senior Business Leaders, and manage agency production.

A successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a data-driven approach to analysis and insights, strong interpersonal skills, deep curiosity, and a passion for developing compelling value propositions and communication plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact, multi-touch marketing campaigns, including events, that inspire consumers and drive engagement within a dynamic stakeholder ecosystem.
  • Create marketing campaign briefs for agencies, providing clear communication on goals and KPIs to ensure successful delivery of results.
  • Manage campaign budget planning, forecasting, and Purchase Order (P.O.) creation to ensure accurate spend tracking and maintenance of targeted cost per lead.
  • Consume and leverage portfolio narratives to produce audience-centric derivative content.
  • Explore and implement marketing automation strategies to improve the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) process for enhanced lead quality.
  • Research and refine new marketing approaches, such as account-based marketing and field marketing, to effectively reach and engage key audiences.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer segmentation, and drive data-informed strategies for better engagement and ROI.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to stakeholders regarding campaign plans, tactics, goals, and performance.

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs.
