Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within healthcare, medtech, or related fields. They must demonstrate a proven ability to network and build relationships across organizations with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, and a natural inclination to thrive in a scale-up environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and familiarity with CRM systems are also required, along with existing networks in U.S. hospitals, particularly in California, and experience navigating hospital systems and procurement processes.
Responsibilities
The U.S. Business Development Lead will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Incision’s presence in designated territories, including LA California, OK, AR, TX, MS, AL, and FL. They will network, prospect, and close contracts with local hospitals and hospital systems, own and deliver sales targets through volume and velocity strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. Furthermore, the Lead will represent Incision at industry events and customer meetings, and contribute to the overall commercial activities of the company.
