Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail channel management, key account sales, or the consumer electronics industry
  • Solid business understanding and commercial thinking, with hands-on experience in driving growth through planning and execution
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, inventory tracking, and day-to-day retail operations, with good attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance in alignment with company targets through structured account strategies and annual planning
  • Align category focus and channel execution with overall business direction to support sustainable growth
  • Act as the voice of the retail channel to ensure customer needs are reflected in broader planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate retail insights into strategic initiatives
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities across traditional and emerging retail formats
  • Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, including commercial alignment and operational readiness
  • Improve in-store execution by optimizing shelf presence, enhancing product presentation, and deploying guided selling tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost category visibility and consumer conversion
  • Oversee sell-in forecasting, inbound planning, sell-out tracking, and inventory coordination to ensure operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners, providing insights to drive performance
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution across retail touchpoints
  • Analyze promotion and campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies and improve ROI
