Responsibilities

The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist in the overall compensation program development, including annual salary structure design and compensation planning, and will dive into data to build dynamic compensation models that provide insights and influence key decisions. They will create compelling narratives using data for program outcome reviews and retrospectives, manage program manager annual compensation processes, develop project plans for program execution, measure the effectiveness of compensation programs, identify and implement process improvements, and oversee and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date compensation resources while managing and consulting on other HR and compensation related projects as necessary.
