Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization techniques are required, as is the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation is also beneficial.
As the Total Rewards Lead, Variable Incentives, you will lead the design and continuous improvement of sales compensation and variable incentive programs, ensuring they drive revenue and align with strategic goals. You will partner with external teams to establish target quotas, commission structures, and bonus metrics, oversee the rollout of new incentive plans, and develop governance frameworks to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will support the development and enhancement of variable pay programs across the organization, leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance the employee value proposition.
