Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales operations or finance roles specifically handling sales compensation, with at least 3 years of experience in a people management role. Experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology public companies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager of Commissions will oversee the commission team, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations and fostering a high-performance culture; they will partner with revenue operations during plan design cycles to craft best-in-class compensation plans, collaborating with legal to draft letters and distribute them; they will lead the commissions team’s end-to-end process for calculation of incentive compensation globally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, managing inquiries and escalations, and leading financial accounting for commissions, including managing the monthly close process, reviewing accrual journals, performing ASC 606 / 340-40 diligence, and supporting audits; they will act as business owner for CaptivateIQ, defining success outcomes and overseeing system configuration efforts, and driving process enhancements and automation projects across multiple teams.
