Candidates need five years of machining experience in a tool room environment, successful completion of core machining classes, ability to read blueprints and GD&T, operate mills, lathes, grinders, wire EDM, and CNC equipment, and use precision tools like micrometers and calipers. Preferred qualifications include CAD and CNC programming experience and relevant certificates or education.

Strong candidates have 5+ years of tool room machining experience, core machining training, own hand tools, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently or in a team, excellent communication, and time management.
