Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience, and a minimum of four years of EDI experience. Experience with the GHX platform is highly desirable, along with experience in the medical device industry dealing with hospital customers. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. Demonstrated leadership experience in an EDI function is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors, act as a liaison between Penumbra and customers and internal teams to address EDI challenges, collaborate with stakeholders to increase EDI volume and performance, provide technical support and guidance to users and trading partners, maintain and update EDI documentation, and stay informed about EDI trends and regulations.
