The job also requires the ability to stand for 7-8 hours daily, inspect 80-100 vehicles per day, and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
The Tire Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals, inspecting customer vehicles, and diagnosing tire-related problems. Responsibilities include recommending service, quoting prices, ensuring repairs are completed as ordered, and maintaining strong customer and dealer relationships. The role also involves overseeing customer satisfaction, solving problems, completing monthly market analyses, and assisting with store operations such as inventory management and opening/closing procedures. Additionally, the specialist will assist dealership technicians to maintain service levels.
