Responsibilities

The Therapy Specialist will provide training to sales representatives and customers, support the sales team in developing the Liko business in the acute care area, and participate in the introduction of new products. They will also support customers with product solutions for early mobilization and decubitus prevention and therapy, conduct introductions and workshops, identify opportunities to expand sales of products and services to existing customers, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity planning, and sales forecasts, and collaborate with account managers, marketing, product development, technical service, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless solution delivery. Furthermore, they will stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to provide customers with relevant insights and advice.
