The Website & Demand-Capture Manager will build, test, and maintain landing pages, forms, and CTAs using HubSpot CMS, ensuring page performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and UX quality with HTML, CSS, and PHP. Responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, using AI tools for content and design, and managing website localization. The role involves owning SEO infrastructure, monitoring and improving site speed, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals, and conducting regular site audits. Additionally, the manager will own Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event tagging, maintain consistent UTM taxonomy, and collaborate on lead attribution and reporting dashboard creation. Collaboration with Content Strategy, CRO testing, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Creative teams is crucial for executing SEO roadmaps, optimizing landing pages, ensuring proper lead flow, and maintaining brand consistency.
