Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Medical or Technical fields)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful hospital clinical sales and support experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High flexibility and ability to manage pressure effectively
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong leadership qualities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (75% of the time) and occasionally across Europe

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets as outlined in the annual business plan
  • Maintain or improve Average Selling Price (ASP) for the product portfolio in the assigned territory
  • Promote products through coordinating marketing activities, including product presentations and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the Key Account team to support strategic customers through high-value programs
  • Provide timely and accurate information to Bids & Tenders and Customer Service teams
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Foster effective collaboration with Sales & Marketing departments
  • Demonstrate leadership aligned with Abbott’s guiding principles and ensure compliance with all quality procedures
  • Assist the Neuromodulation Marketing Division with projects and tasks specific to the Dutch market
  • Prepare concise monthly activity reports and outline plans for the upcoming month
  • Deliver high-level technical support and training to customers within the territory
  • Stay updated on technical knowledge and healthcare market dynamics
