Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and one year of outside sales experience, along with a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. They must be willing to be on call during off-hours and weekend coverage, and undergo physical assessments including a physical, lift and carry 50 pounds, color vision test, and drug screen.
As a Territory Manager, the individual will grow sales within an existing territory of food service and hospitality accounts by providing training, regular and emergency service, and sales demonstrations. They will also cold-call and prospect to secure new accounts, learn customers’ ware washing systems and devise unique solutions, apply mechanical aptitude to install, repair, and maintain equipment, and demonstrate safe equipment use while ensuring customer facilities are operational and teams are properly trained.
