Position Overview

The Structural Heart business aims to restore health and improve quality of life through innovative device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease. We are seeking a patient-focused Therapy Specialist to join our growing Structural Heart business, offering the full SH product portfolio at a pivotal time in the company's evolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case coverage for our TAVI technologies.
• Train interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the use of Abbott products.
• Offer technical support to physicians during procedures.
• Manage data dissemination within assigned sites and among the referral chain of influence.

Requirements

• BS/BA in life sciences or marketing preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• Prior TAVI experience is essential.
• Strong clinical orientation, including training clinicians and providing technical assistance during procedures, with troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be versatile.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues, and to adapt best practices across institutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50% of the time).
