Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of account management and/or relationship management experience, along with experience working in channel partnerships and managing partnerships in a business development environment, particularly with roofing supply companies. They should also have experience with relevant tooling such as CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, and the Google suite, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps for new opportunities within their allocated territory, drive partner growth through partner engagement and enablement programs, serve as the main point of contact for partners regarding Roofr and its products, provide effective product training and onboarding support, plan and forecast objectives and quotas, organize and host community events, provide product updates through various training methods, travel to partner sites, master Roofr’s PRM & CRM, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to define priorities and resolve issues between Roofr and its partners.
