Territory Manager
Roofr- Full Time
- Junior (1 to 2 years)
Candidates should possess 7-10 years of Operations or Strategy Growth experience, with significant P&L ownership or experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting, and startup experience is preferred. They should demonstrate innate curiosity and a desire to learn, with a habit of asking ‘why’ questions, and be well-versed in making quick, data-based decisions with imperfect information, backed by a track record of quantitative decision-making. Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success in high-growth environments is also required, along with the ability to work and empathize with customer needs and translate insights into data and actionable changes.
As a Territory General Manager, the individual will own the P&L of their territory, making key strategic decisions to maximize profitable growth, including pricing, expansion into new areas, staffing, and CareDriver pay. They will lead cross-functional territory pods, representing various functional aspects of the territory, to drive growth and continuous improvement. The role involves acting as the ‘CEO’ of the territory, understanding regulations and operational nuances, and ensuring customer centricity through experimentation and data-driven insights. Furthermore, they will support the business by providing data-driven insights and feedback to the Senior Leadership Team and advising on program and product design.
