As the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall execution and scale of your region, including hiring and managing high-quality teams, developing scalable playbooks, collaborating on product development to improve efficiency and patient experience, and ensuring consistent compliance with Plan requirements. You will manage the OpEx P&L for your region, drive quarterly OKRs, serve as a senior operational contact for Health Plan POCs, develop playbooks and SOPs for Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs, and work cross-functionally with various teams to continuously improve operations and patient outcomes.
