Requirements

Candidates should possess 12+ years of experience in digital media, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise brands and agency partners, and experience managing managers overseeing individual contributors in sales. A strong background in setting GTM strategy for a sales industry, enabling sales leaders to scale businesses to multi-million dollar revenue streams is required, along with a product-minded approach and strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, Omnichannel & Partnerships, the individual will manage multiple pods, drive major revenue growth across Retail, Restaurants, Agency Growth, and Data Partnerships, partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing cross-functionally to build effective offerings, coach and inspire Industry Leads (Sales Managers), collaborate with legal and finance, represent Fetch externally, and bring market insights back to the company to evolve strategy and positioning, while also spotting and clearing blockers to maintain momentum.
