As General Manager, Omnichannel & Partnerships, you will be a key driver of revenue and go-to-market strategy, responsible for scaling two of Fetch's fastest-growing verticals: Retail and Restaurants, as well as the Agency and Data Partnerships teams. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple pods, enabling Industry Leads (Sales Managers) to grow revenue through their individual contributor sales strategy.
  • Drive major revenue growth across Retail, Restaurants, Agency Growth, and Data Partnerships pods, unlocking new relationships and evolving go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver significant revenue growth, targeting tens of millions through data-driven collaborations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to develop viable and effective offerings.
  • Coach and inspire Industry Leads (Sales Managers) to guide partners and account managers in delivering for Fetch's partners.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance to ensure smooth and scalable partnerships.
  • Represent Fetch externally, building C-level relationships and shaping the company's presence in the data and media ecosystem.
  • Bring market insights back to Fetch to inform product evolution and positioning.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain momentum.

Minimum Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital media, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise brands and agency partners, and collaborating with marketing contacts.
  • Experience in people management, specifically managing managers who oversee individual contributors in sales (new business and account management).
  • Demonstrated success in setting go-to-market strategy for sales industries, enabling sales leaders to scale businesses to multi-million dollar revenue streams.
  • A natural builder with experience leading initiatives or teams where you developed and scaled processes.
  • Product-minded with the ability to translate market needs into scalable solutions for users and partners.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of selling a vision and managing complexity.
