The position is based in Surat (under Ahmedabad location: 28/29 Sunrise Park, India) with additional locations possible. It requires 100% travel time.
Minimum education is BSc/B.Pharma background or post graduate/graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record. Required experience is 2 to 4 years as First Line manager in the same therapy, with candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies having an added advantage.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, supporting and mentoring the team, coaching TBMs on field effectiveness, monitoring sales progression, and acting as an effective communicator with analytical skills. It is a people manager role focused on area/geography operations.
Strong candidates have 2-4 years of experience as a First Line manager in the same therapy area, preferably from MNC or top Indian Pharma companies, along with a BSc/B.Pharma background and skills in communication, analysis, and team mentoring.
