Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for 6+ years of medical sales experience, particularly in Ambulatory Surgery Centers or Home Infusion settings. Experience with Baxter’s product portfolios (Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, Pharmacy, and Fluid Therapy) is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Territory Business Manager, you will achieve sales goals for Baxter’s product lines, implement sales strategies, execute business plans, call on alternate site customers, deliver sales presentations, provide product information and education, manage Baxter GPO contracts, serve as a resource for market information, and protect, service, and grow existing business. You will also work in collaboration with other sales specialists and contribute to team goals and objectives.
