Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred, though not required. They must be able to stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift, lift up to 49 pounds, and have general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications.
The Temporary Operations Associate will be responsible for picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of product, managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, cleaning and organizing the sales floor and facility, managing waste and spoilage through FIFO practice, contacting customers for substitutions, handling and scanning product, and maintaining Kitchen Facility organization and standards. They will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items, ensure accuracy of packaged products, follow health and safety guidelines, and be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
