Responsibilities

The Temporary Operations Associate will be responsible for picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of product from vendors while ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies, managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, cleaning and organizing the sales floor and facility, managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practice, contacting customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items, handling and scanning product in a safe manner, utilizing equipment to move product, handling products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, working in freezer locations, preparing quality beverages and food menu items, ensuring accuracy of packaged food and beverages, following health and safety guidelines, and maintaining kitchen facility organization and standards.
