Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or completion of at least 2 years of college
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in business-to-business sales calls, lead generation, or account management (inbound or outbound) highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent and confident in English
  • Presentation skills: ability to design PowerPoint presentations and effectively present solutions to decision makers
  • Active listening skills, persuasiveness, storytelling, and asking questions
  • Strong organizational skills and time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with flexibility to prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of Avaya Communicator/calling app, MS Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, PCT, MBS, Power BI, and other company systems
  • For internal applicants: no disciplinary action in the past 12 months, no attendance or punctuality issues in the past 12 months, and successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound sales contact to prospective or assigned call lists to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, produce business opportunities, and convert sales per approved guidelines
  • Prospect for new business from assigned call lists/leads through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Identify qualified prospects and navigate police agency websites to find key decision makers and influencers
  • Maintain accurate records in computer-based tracking systems like Salesforce, build client profiles, and manage sensitive client/prospect data
  • Learn, understand, and apply the LexisNexis value proposition and business processes
  • Master all phases of the training and development program
  • Report directly to REPH Team Supervisor with guidance from Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Partners, REPH Implementations, and Sales Support/Account Setup Teams to complete sales stages, implementation, fulfillment, and account setup per process and quality guidelines
  • Meet individual or team sales quotas and pursue target earnings bonuses or sales incentives
  • Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by immediate superior
