Requirements

  • Up to 4 years similar professional experience
  • Provide local technical support Level 1 and 2: PC hardware and software support
  • Local Network, Internet and client connectivity support
  • Printing & Audiovisual devices support
  • Proficient in English
  • Maturity to understand the extreme importance of Client Data Privacy requirements and Information Security processes
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN network connectivity
  • Ability to resolve PC hardware and software as well as audiovisual and printing related incidents
  • Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 support experience
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate user level
  • Ability to easily follow established technical operational support procedures

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support
  • Resolve service requests and incidents related to IT assets
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Work as a team player with a customer service mindset
  • Communicate confidently with all levels of the organization
