Responsibilities

  • Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für technische Fragen zu digitalen Schließsystemen
  • Unterstützung von Kunden, Händlern und Kolleg:innen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Zugriff bei Hard- und Software-Themen
  • Analyse von Problemfällen und Finden cleverer Lösungen mit technischem Know-how
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen im Support
  • Pflege des FAQ-Systems in Deutsch und Englisch zur Erweiterung der Wissensdatenbank
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation und Analyse von Supportfällen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Services
