Requirements

Responsibilities

Diriger une équipe chargée d’installer, de mettre à jour, d’effectuer la maintenance préventive et d’autres services nécessaires pour les dispositifs médicaux (pompes à perfusion, batteries) dans les hôpitaux des États-Unis
Offrir un service client exceptionnel
Assurer une communication continue et un soutien à la clientèle au personnel hospitalier sur place
Assurer l’organisation, tester et mettre à jour les dispositifs médicaux, installer et configurer le matériel, les logiciels et les produits réseau
Effectuer des contrôles de routine et enregistrer les données des tests de produits après l’installation et la configuration
Documenter et soumettre des données quotidiennes tout en maintenant des normes élevées de documentation de qualité de support produit
Engagement à temps plein nécessitant des déplacements locaux, régionaux et nationaux (horaire basé sur des affectations, 40 heures par semaine, heures supplémentaires au besoin)
Accomplir d’autres tâches à la discrétion de la direction
