Responsibilities

Réaliser les interventions techniques sur le secteur Rhône-Alpes (et potentiellement d’autres secteurs en fonction des besoins)
Participer aux livraisons de certains produits neufs chez les clients
Dispenser des formations techniques de base et d’utilisation des produits pour les clients si besoin
Assurer le suivi et la responsabilité de son stock de pièces détachées et outillage
Assurer le suivi des clients et de leur parc de matériel Baxter
Assurer le suivi des maintenances préventives des clients
Assurer un suivi administratif rigoureux
S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients en maximisant la disponibilité des appareils par une bonne productivité
Respecter les règles en matière de Sécurité, protection de l’Environnement et de l’Energie
