Qualification (CAP, BTS) preparing for the operation of energy production installations (hot and cold water, softened, geothermal, boiler, etc.) or Electrical Technician (ideal)
First professional experience or already an experienced professional
Rigorous and involved, motivated by diverse work environments, with ability to take initiative
Enjoys working in a team and can organize self to manage multiple interventions independently
Mandatory Driving License B (Permis B)
Responsibilities
Perform curative and preventive maintenance on equipment in the energy production plant (air compressors, boilers, refrigeration units, cooling towers, etc.)
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment for energy and fluid production and circulation in both parks (motors, pumps, filters, variable speed drives) and underground networks (valves, etc.) within deadlines and per safety procedures
Maintenance of basins, fountains, and waterfalls (filtration, pumps, hydro injectors, etc.)
Control proper use of equipment and propose corrective measures for optimal use
Record intervention details and transmit information to relevant services
Participate in implementation of new actions and projects in your sector
Ensure corrective actions to guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction
Supervise and ensure proper functioning of technical equipment attached to Utilities service (optional, depending on experience)
Ensure GTB-GTC tracking and record key indicators (temperature, pressure, etc.) (optional, depending on experience)
Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance in coordination with Team Leaders (optional, depending on experience)
