[Remote] Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Sporty Group

The Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcer will assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. They will maintain and update candidate databases, provide general administrative support to the HR team, and assist in maintaining HR documentation and records. Responsibilities include ensuring a top-notch candidate experience, creating and maintaining a well-stocked pool of high-quality candidates through diverse methods, and acting as an authentic Talent Partner to stakeholders by providing guidance, advice, and coaching. The role involves fulfilling a workforce/headcount plan, collaborating with recruitment vendors, overseeing the candidate funnel, managing hiring data, and presenting hiring reports & dashboards to the team and stakeholders regularly. Ad-hoc activities as required will also be undertaken.
