Requirements

2+ years of Level 1 support experience: end-user (EUC), image loading, printer configuration, and computer repair
1+ year of Level 2 experience: network management (switches, routers), knowledge of console and structured cabling
1+ year of Level 3 experience: basic server knowledge (HP, iLO, Dell)

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 technical support across EUC, Network, and Server accounts
Support internal GSB clients
Travel to support clients in other states of the Republic and potentially internationally
Provide remote technical support
Assist with help desk issues
Adhere to GSB policies and customs
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
Maintain company assets (if required)
Monitor company chats and provide support as needed
Work from home and on-site with clients
