  • 1+ year of Level 2 experience: network management (switches, routers), knowledge of console and structured cabling

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 3 technical support across EUC, Network, and Server accounts
  • Support internal GSB clients
  • Travel to support clients in other states of the Republic and potentially internationally
  • Provide remote technical support
  • Assist with help desk issues
  • Adhere to GSB policies and customs
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain company assets (if required)
  • Monitor company chats and provide support as needed
  • Work from home and on-site with clients
