Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support to internal teams, external players, and partners, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical issues using tools like Jira, assist in deploying updates and patches via MDM tools, troubleshoot and maintain network configurations, and diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to game development tools and player experiences. You will also act as the primary point of contact during critical incidents, coordinating with teams to ensure quick resolution and post-incident improvements, and develop scripts or tools to automate workflows.
