Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-stack professional software development experience, preferably with Python, Go, or TypeScript, and 2 years of professional experience debugging and optimizing APIs and querying various data sets using SQL. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of the SDLC life cycle and experience using formal ticketing systems like Jira or Salesforce. Experience with the Atlassian suite and working on APIs or event-driven systems is preferred.
The Technical Solutions Engineer will work with product engineers, product managers, customer experience, and partner experience teams to diagnose and resolve issues with digital life insurance products. They will collaborate with internal and external engineers to provide bug fixes and solutions, coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with Product Managers, and help guide engineering teams on external partner limitations. Responsibilities also include maintaining and building internal and customer-facing documentation, such as how-to guides and knowledge base articles, and monitoring services to ensure product usability for partners and their customers.
