Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Java. Required skills include experience leading the delivery of impactful products, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and driving code quality and consistency without compromising velocity. Proficiency in Java frameworks like Spring, Gradle, and JUnit, along with experience in Service-Oriented Architecture, REST APIs, Message Queues, scalable architectures, and AWS services (EKS, Aurora RDS, Elasticache, DynamoDB) is essential. Familiarity with FinTech and payment rails is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with cross-functional teams, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and containerized environments, and various IDEs.

Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer will shape the technical roadmap for the Partner Integrations team, focusing on building the payment integrations platform and user experiences. This role involves working across APIs, SDKs, and Web experiences, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams to deliver products. The engineer will be hands-on, executing individual work and building products that support evolving offerings.
