Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand and influence the direction of emerging products
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a subset of Lambda’s portfolio
  • Join customer meetings and work with Solutions Engineers as an overlay/specialist
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs with Product and Engineering teams
  • Develop enablement collateral such as reference architecture diagrams, data sheets, and customer-targeted technical presentations for Solutions Engineering
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop customer and sales-facing collateral
  • Conduct internal training
