Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in technical operations within manufacturing
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership/supervisory role
  • Preferred:

  • Experience in battery or automotive manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across all systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive Safety, Quality, and Productivity solutions while overseeing the technical services budget
  • Lead technical specialists in executing projects and integrating new equipment/processes into production
  • Serve as technical expert for operational challenges and compliance requirements (EPA/ISO)
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment and workflows
  • Align local technical practices with corporate standards through close coordination and comprehensive budget/standards oversight
  • Maintain 24/7 readiness for emergency support with flexible scheduling
