  • Graduate of Office Management and Administrative Assistant or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as professional communication link between Stryker and customers for all technical service activities
  • Provide high standard pro-active support to Technical Services Team
  • Seek opportunities to improve service for external/internal customers
  • Offer first-class service to customers to complement Stryker Corporation
  • Act as first contact for customers and handle all incoming phone calls
  • Organize and assign jobs to service team with related supervisor
  • Process quotations
  • Process invoices
  • Process stock orders
  • List and arrange incoming and outgoing devices by cargo
  • Create well-organized documentation
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and strictly follow up
  • Provide strong support to technical service team in the field and repair center
  • Prepare necessary reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) on time
  • Pro-actively seek methods to improve department services
  • Create high standard internal communication between sales, marketing, operations teams, and technical services department
  • Be flexible and assist the team during high workload volumes
  • Carry out other duties as reasonably required
