The Technical Service Specialist II will perform technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to customer specifications. They will troubleshoot technical problems, determine solutions based on product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives. Additionally, the specialist will assess product needs, conduct technical training and product briefings, and serve as the local on-site representative to the customer's organization.
